Return Policy

Due to the nature of the way that are products are produced (Print-on-demand) we are unable to accept returns for improper sizing.  Each item is printed as it is ordered and due to the unique nature of each product we do not possess the ability to house returned inventory.  However, if the product that you ordered is damaged or defective in any way, we can process a replacement for the item.  Please be sure that the item is unused, unwashed with any tags still attached, if applicable.

Please email customer service at: sales@thespartanbeard.com with your order number.  We will then work with the distributor to assign a return authorization number.

In the event that a return is necessary, please be aware that it is your responsibility to pay for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
